Det kan v\u00e6re den direkte kommunikasjonen med brukerne, dialogen dem imellom eller andre samtaler og diskusjoner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Til sammen kan de ulike typer samtaler legge til rette for demokrati og inkludering, for forsoning og bedre forst\u00e5else, og vise hva slags sted et bibliotek virkelig kan v\u00e6re.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"t2-accordion m\u00e5l<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deichman har utviklet en veileder for en mer unders\u00f8kende og strukturert utviklingsprosess som tar oss gjennom metoder for brukerdialog, prototyping og gevinstuttak.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I sektoren v\u00e5r hender det at vi definerer endringsgrep og kj\u00f8per inn nye l\u00f8sninger uten s\u00e6rlig tverrfaglig dialog med ber\u00f8rte parter i forkant, eller unders\u00f8kelser blant brukere. Ofte er definisjonen av problemet vi pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 l\u00f8se, basert p\u00e5 antagelser. Det hender derfor at resultatene ikke treffer s\u00e5 godt, og f\u00e5r utilsiktede konsekvenser og ringvirkninger. Mange b\u00e6rer p\u00e5 s\u00e5r og en sorg over traumer p\u00e5 grunn av diskriminering og\/eller tapt identitet og spr\u00e5k. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bybibliotekene i Finnmark har g\u00e5tt sammen med skolebibliotekene om et felles prosjekt for \u00e5 utforske rollen biblioteket kan ta i forsoningsarbeidet, og som m\u00f8teplass for den \u201cvanskelige
