Hvordan jobber bibliotekledere med omstilling og utvikling i en ny \u00f8konomisk hverdag?<\/p>\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/norskbibliotekforening.no\/om-oss\/komiteer-og-utvalg\/\">Norsk bibliotekforenings\u00a0utvalg for bibliotekledelse<\/a> inviterer til webinar med fokus p\u00e5 ulike sider ved ledelse i biblioteksektoren. Utvalget skal blant annet bidra til erfaringsutveksling blant bibliotekledere, og ha blikk p\u00e5 unge lederes utfordringer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Utvalget har de siste \u00e5rene gjennomf\u00f8rt webinarer med fokus p\u00e5 lederrollen, krav og forventninger til bibliotekledere, og biblioteket som beredskapsressurs. Dette webinaret gir innsikt i \u2013 og deler erfaringer rundt \u2013 omstilling og utvikling av biblioteket i en ny \u00f8konomisk hverdag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-innledere\">Innledere:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Rita Mundal<\/strong>, bibliotekleiar, Lom folkebibliotek<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Maria-Carme Torras-Calvo<\/strong>, bibliotekdirekt\u00f8r, Universitetsbiblioteket i Bergen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Etter innledningene inviteres deltakerne til en \u00e5pen dialog med innlederne og utvalget, der synspunkter og erfaringer kan deles.
