Og hvordan mangelfull statistikk hindrer satsning og utvikling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Grunnlaget for fremtidens lesekompetente og kildebevisste bibliotekbrukere starter i skolebiblioteket, men lovverk og ambisjoner taper i m\u00f8te med skolens tomme lommebok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Skolebibliotekene driftes p\u00e5 sm\u00e5 stillinger som gj\u00f8r det vanskelig \u00e5 oppfylle lovkravene.
