Deltakerne trenger ikke \u00e5 ha lest noe p\u00e5 forh\u00e5nd, og det er frivillig \u00e5 delta aktivt. Man kan ogs\u00e5 bare lytte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tilbudet passer for ungdom og voksne, og kan tilpasses ulike grupper, som eldre, mennesker med demens, personer med psykiske helseutfordringer, skoleklasser eller de som \u00f8nsker en rolig og meningsfull pause i hverdagen. Tekstene b\u00f8r ha tydelig spr\u00e5k og rom for tolkning. Etter hvert stopp inviteres deltakerne til \u00e5 dele tanker og f\u00f8lelser. Samtalen styres forsiktig, og det skal v\u00e6re rom for b\u00e5de stillhet og undring. tydelige bilder og f\u00f8lelser<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Psykisk helse: Trygge og gjenkjennelige temaer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-samarbeidspartnere\">Samarbeidspartnere:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Skoler, lokale helsetjenester, frivillighetssentralen, eldresentre, ungdomsklubber, litteraturhus og organisasjoner innen psykisk helse
